caring for your shower curtain
You just received your new Bathage Shower Curtain! We wanted to share a few care tips and tricks so you can get the most out of our product:
iron out wrinkles on your iron's lowest setting:
To start with, you don’t need to put up with any creases in your new curtain. You can iron it on your iron’s lowest setting, and steam any stubborn areas to get your new curtain looking sharp.
proactive care is the best care:
Give your shower curtain a wash before you see any signs of stains. While your shower curtain is treated to resist mold and mildew, if you have a bathroom with low ventilation, things will still build up over time. We recommend shaking excess water off the bottom of the curtain after you take a rinse and then let it dry outside of the tub, which will help prevent buildup.
wash with mild detergent only:
Do not use bleach on your Bathage shower curtain! Use mild detergent only—bleach deteriorates the water-resistant and antibacterial coatings on your curtain. Wash the curtain in cool water.
tumble dry on low:
Once you've washed your shower curtain with mild detergent in cool water, it is best to tumble dry it on your dryer's lowest setting.
